Skills

A character gets a base allotment of 2, 4, 6, or 8 skill points for each new level, depending on the class to which that level was added. They also get a number of bonus skill points equal to their intelligence bonus, and one additional point if they’re human. A character gets at least 1 skill point at each new level, even if he or she has an intelligence penalty.

If the character is gaining their very first character level at the start of the game, add his or her Intelligence modifier to the base skill point allotment for the class and multiply the total by four. You get at least 4 skill points (1 × 4 = 4) at 1st level, even if he or she has an intelligence penalty. Then add 4 points if you’re human (instead of one, and only at the game’s start).

Teamwork Benefits

Teamwork Benefits are basically feats that the party gets when it levels up. The nutshell is that one team member is skilled enough to be in charge of it, the others know enough cursory info to work together, and you earn a new one (if you meet the pre-reqs) every time the “party” gains 4 levels. If a character is new to the party, they don’t earn these bonsues until they put the time in. Teamwork Benefits are an extra option and wholly up to the DM.

help them shake off the effects of magical compulsions.
Spell Barrage DMG2 By coordinating the release of your spells, you’re able to catch your foes when they’re unable to evade the effects.
Spellcaster Guardian DMG2 You have a keen sense of the timing of the spellcasters on your team, so you can often protect them from enemies when their spells are about to go off.
